LinQ for Life Heartland
LinQ for Life Heartland is a community health initiative of LinQ for Life, Inc. focused on central Iowa. We bring mobile outreach, navigation, and hands-only CPR training directly into neighborhoods where people face barriers to care.
Our team provides:

Community-based health education and navigation

Connections to primary care, behavioral health, HIV/STI testing, and social services

Hands-only CPR training for residents, workplaces, schools, and community groups

Limited point-of-care screenings (such as A1C and basic lab panels) in partnership with clinical providers
We prioritize people who are uninsured or underinsured, have lost coverage, are experiencing housing instability, or face cultural and language barriers when seeking care. By meeting people where they are and helping them stay connected to services, LinQ Heartland supports our broader mission to decrease health disparities while addressing the determinants of wellness in marginalized communities.
As LinQ Heartland grows, we are building partnerships with local health systems, public health agencies, community organizations, and employers to create more coordinated, equitable access to health and lifesaving skills across the Iowa Heartland.
